Refund & Cancellation

Our policy lasts 30 days. We cannot offer you a refund if 30 days have passed since your purchase. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

We do not provide a refund for digital services once the order is confirmed and moved into the planning phase. Also, we do not issue a refund if the project is already completed.

Digital marketing and SEO services are non-refundable. However, the client may cancel with a notice written 30 days in advance.

No refunds are provided on deposits or payments for abandoned or dormant projects. The cut-off time for dormant and abandoned projects is 30 days.

The company reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time by giving a 7-day notice in writing of its intention to do so. In that case, the company shall be obliged to refund the amount of consideration by reducing the same in proportion to the work performed during the duration of the contract.

Refunds (If Applicable)

We will email you as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund was approved or rejected.

If you are approved for a refund, we will be processed your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your corresponding bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
